We are still using the cover of night to cool the temperature down for the next photowalk. For the ninth walk we will be enjoying some night photography at the University of Texas at Austin along San Jacinto Boulevard! You are welcome evening folks!
Meet and dinner location: Crown and Anchor Pub, 2911 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin, TX 78705.
When: 6:00 pm for dinner and 7:00pm for walking on Friday September 6, 2019
What: Socialize, Take photos, share photos! Walk until 9:00 pm. The plan is to meet up at the Crown and Anchor Pub for dinner at 6:00 pm, after which we will grab a group photo and head out for the walk at about 7:00pm. There will be lots of people, architecture, nature, and street photography so bring those wide angle lenses along and macro lenses too. The plan is to head out for the photowalk at 7:00pm after the group photo.
Why: Community! We are headed to hang out around Blanton Museum of Art on the The University of Texas at Austin. Please dress layered as it may be warm and then cool down.
How: RECOMMENDED: Bring Tripod, camera, off camera flash, creativity. Socialize when you come. Share photo ideas on the walk. You can also share online in the flickr group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/photowalksatx/. If you are not a member yet, just request membership. There is also a facebook community at Photowalks ATX community that you may request membership to. Also subscribe to the email list to get the email notifications in your box for the next walk!
To fully participate please make sure to be properly hydrated, dress appropriately too, wear comfortable walking shoes, talk to someone you do not already know.
