We are liking the night walks so to include the night owls in our activities. Our next photowalk will be visiting a new spot, we will head down to 11th Street and surrounding locations for some night photography.
The plan is to meet at Blue Dahlia for dinner at 6:00pm or to just catch up, or bring your meal, and then to head out on a walk at about 7:15pm. Might even have an opportunity for some night portraits.
Parking location: Parking is available at the meters on the sides of the streets.
Meet & Dinner location: Blue Dahlia Bistro, 1115 E. 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78702. Meet there for dinner OR please bring your choice of food. We will eat before we head out for the walk at about 7:15 pm.
When: 6:00 pm for dinner and 7:15 pm for starting the walk on Friday November 4, 2016
What: Socialize, Take photos, share photos! Walk until 9:30 pm. The plan is to shoot around start out at the mural on 11th street at Waller, some by 11th and IH-35, and then head east on 11th Street to take photos.
Why: Community! We are headed to hang out at the 11th Street. Please dress layered as it may be warm and then cool down.
How: RECOMMENDED: Bring Tripod, camera, off camera flash, creativity. Socialize by coming. Stay and share a meal and pass cameras around to see photos. You can also share online in the flickr group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/photowalksatx/. If you are not a member yet, just request membership. There is also a google community at Photowalks ATX community that you may request membership to.
To fully participate please make sure to be properly hydrated, dress appropriately too, wear comfortable walking shoes, talk to someone you do not already know.
