The idea for this blog has been around since we started walking every month in Austin, TX. Finally, it is time to sorta chillax and get the ball rolling. It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce the photo walk blog.
What is a photo walk? According to this post from the world wide photo walk blog, a photo walk is a place you take yourself and your camera to meet other people with their cameras. The idea is that you walk around and take pictures as you socialize and then hang out later discuss compare and ooh and aah at the photos you took during you meeting.
The goal on the blog is to share photo walk announcements, photo opportunities, photos from photo walking in groups or alone, and pointing you to resources I have found helpful. Mostly I will be sharing my favorite shots from photo walks. Welcome and thanks for taking a look.
