i have always journaled. i started journaling as a way to keep track of ideas and events.
i did not realize until i learned from Jane Johnson that i could journal my prayers. now i do journal my prayers as a way to keep stay focused in prayer.
in addition to journaling prayers, i started to journal Scriptures that stood out to me in my reading. i knew doing this would give me a way to keep track of the things God was saying in response to me in conversation.
what i did not expect that happened was that journaling has become a significant way for me to think through what i read. it has even become a way for me to meditate and study Scripture and has drastically improved my understanding.
journaling in general has improved my comprehension of the materials that i read. so i make time for journaling regularly.
do you journal? how has journaling helped you? do you have any additional tips for journaling not mentioned here?
