Thanks to the Photowalk ATX Google+ community for the walk site suggestions! Happy New Year, we are meeting up to walk at UT Austin. Meet at the Blanton Museum steps facing MLK Blvd and the Capitol.

Meet location: Meet at Blanton Museum of Art at 200 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Austin, TX 78701 (corner of MLK Blvd. and Congress)
Lunch location: Players at 300 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Austin, TX 78701. You can see their menu at Player’s dine in menu.
When: 8am on Saturday January 25, 2014
What: Socialize, Take photos, share photos! Walk until 10:45am. Go eat at 11am and share photos.
Why: Community!
How: RECOMMENDED: Bring Tripod, camera, off camera flash, creativity. Socialize by coming. Stay and share a meal and pass cameras around to see photos. You can also share online in the flickr group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/photowalksatx/. If you are not a member yet, just request membership. There is also a google community at Photowalks ATX community that you may request membership to.
To fully participate please make sure to be properly hydrated, dress warmly too, wear comfortable walking shoes, talk to someone you do not already know.
